Return Policy

At Pads & Secrets, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period:
    You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving them.

  2. Menstrual Disc Guarantee Period:
    The disc must be used for at least one cycle. Didn’t work for you? Contact us, and our product specialist will assist you. Try the disc again during your second cycle using the tips provided. Still not satisfied? Then you can claim the guarantee (Guarantee conditions apply).

  3. Contact Us First:
    Before returning your products, please contact our customer service at help@padsandsecrets.com. This allows us to register your return and provide further instructions.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure the products are well packaged to avoid damage during transport.

  1. Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Unsealed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  1. Refunds:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will issue a refund within 7 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  2. Exclusions:
    For hygienic reasons, opened or used menstrual products cannot be returned (the menstrual disc is covered by a guarantee, see point 2).
